Earthwarrior is a fully licensed and bonded excavation company that offers top tier services for all of your earth moving needs. We can handle residential services as well as commercial sites and work closely with the contractor or homeowners to ensure the best results are achieved.

Rock Walls

Our most popular choice, the traditional rock retaining wall is great for the hill laden pacific northwest. You can add personality and dimension to your property with multiple tiers of landscape by building a rock retaining wall. This solution is great for steep sloped areas that need to be cleaned up and utilized for walkways, stairways, gardening, or whatever your heart desires.

Ultra | Ecology Blocks

These blocks are a great solution to anyone who wants to create a retaining wall that will support a lot of weight. These blocks are engineered to stack on each other like legos and are large enough to cover 12sqft per block. Ultra blocks or ecology blocks are designed to stack and fit tightly together and are often used in large commercial applications but can be used in a residential setting too.

Demolition

Clearing the way for a new development starts by removing what’s already existing. Whether it’s an old home or the remnants of a commercial building, Earthwarrior will knock it down and take it away, completely erasing it from your property. When we’re done, you’ll have a fresh space to start over with and the peace of mind that comes with a job done safely and thoroughly.

Sewer

Earthwarrior is fully equipped to locate and unearth old sewer lines exposing them for repair or replacing if needed. Our equipment is fully capable of breaking through asphalt and concrete if your sewer lines happen to run underneath them. Digging new trenches and laying new sewer lines are a regular service and can be done relatively quickly provided the access is free and clear of debris at the site.

Clearing & Grading

These two services are not mutually exclusive and can be done separately, however most choose to have the land graded after it’s cleared. Clearing the land is relatively simple with the proper equipment, but being mindful of what we are removing is important as we want to minimize our negative impact on the local ecosystem. Grading can be a bit more calculated based on the desired results and often requires a permit from your local jurisdiction.

New Construction Development

We specialize in new construction site development for homeowners, contractors, and commercial developers. We can start the development process once all the proper surveys, feasibility studies, and soil tests have been completed.
